Waste Reset

A new era for medical waste

The Problem of Hospital Waste

Ambition & Honesty is committed to the high quality of the in-house sterilization, crushing and compaction process offered by the Waste Reset System, which will reduce the volume of waste and its transport by 8 times, consequently eliminating 28,700 trucks from the roads, with all advantages, such as the reduction of CO2.

Of all hospital waste costs, it is estimated that storage and transport account for 29.23% and collection for 44.61%. sterilization at the waste production site.

Worldwide, In-House sterilization grew by more than 22% in 2020 and this market is expected to grow by more than 33% between 2021 and 2026.

The SGC - Hospital Waste Sterilisation and Grinding Centre of the WasteReset System consists of a 6m long container which is equipped with a Cisa steam sterilisation unit with a treatment capacity from 100 Kg/h to 400Kg/h, which transforms group III hospital waste into urban waste through a complete sterilisation process followed by the grinding operation with compaction in a high-performance four-axis ISVE grinder, reducing waste to fine particles with a final volume of less than 8 times the initial volume, thereby drastically reducing costs and giving the health units full control over their waste process.
